Dr. Givens completed his residency in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Utah with integrated training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He completed rigorous training in facial plastic surgery under the direction of Dr. Steven Mobley, a nationally renowned facial plastic surgeon, and Dr. Preston Daniel Ward, who was recently voted one of America's top Facial Plastic Surgeons by Delta’s Sky Magazine. Dr. Givens is double board-certified to practice facial plastic surgery by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and The American Board of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, and is a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
